Day 1

Arrival in Cortina d'Ampezzo

Arrival day. Your guide meets you at Venice airport for the 2.5-hour transfer through the Venetian plain and into the mountains, arriving at your hotel in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The evening is free to explore the town and prepare your kit for the days ahead.

Day 2

Cinque Torri from Falzarego Pass

Croda da Lago Circuit

Starting from Giau Pass at 2,236 m7,336 ft - one of the most photographed road passes in the Dolomites - the route climbs to Forcella Giau at 2,360 m7,743 ft before circling beneath the sheer walls of Croda da Lago. Wildflower meadows and small mountain lakes punctuate the long descent.

Day 4

Tofane Massif on the Alta Via 1

Day 6

Lake Sorapis via Tre Croci Pass

Day 7

Transfer to Venice

Departure day. After breakfast, the group boards the vehicle for the 2.5-hour transfer back to Venice airport. The tour concludes on arrival at Venice. There is time to stop briefly in the Piave valley if schedules allow.
